Dr. Benjamin Stringer

Dr. Ben Stringer is a certified member of the Australian Osteopathic Association (AOA) and registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).

Ben has spent the last 10 years practising at the Northside Clinic, before opening Northside Osteo with Stephen Morgan, and now works there full-time.

He is an Osteopath who uses a wide range of both direct and indirect techniques depending on the patient.

Ben is particularly interested in Osteopathy in the Cranial field and is a board member and teaching faculty member of the Sutherland Cranial Teaching Foundation of Australia and New Zealand.

He has completed a number of professional development courses in Osteopathy in the Cranial field, Rule of the Artery and Balanced Ligamentous Tension, in both Australia and USA.

Previously, Ben began as a remedial massage therapist, personal trainer, teacher and actor. He taught personal trainers, anatomy to Osteopathy students, and worked in the anatomy lab at Victoria University, in dissection and preparation of anatomical specimens.

He has also worked for NIDA Corporate Performance for over ten years, coaching business professionals in physical presence and communication skills.

Osteopathic treatment is eligible for private health rebates and medicare rebates may be available to patients under an eligible care plan put in place by their general practitioner.

When he is not at work, Ben enjoys travel, French language and culture, and being a father and husband. He also has a naughty Airedale terrier named Lady Marmalade.
